Lice do become immune to shampoos, plus they are HIGHLY TOXIC and just as bad if not worse then if you were to spray your child's head with Raid bug spray. Prescription shampoos are even worse and have been linked to leukemia.

I have lots of experience with kids. I have a friend who has 11 kids, so when one kid gets lice, EVERYONE gets them. What I do is thoroughly coat everyone's hair in neem oil and leave in hair 24-48 hours.
